John Kazary
John Kazary grew up and currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Bucknell University, he spent a year at the Rhode Island School of Music studying jazz composition, orchestration and piano performance. After Rhode Island, John earned a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University. While at Ohio Northern, John wrote over a dozen big band charts as well as small combo compositions.
After completing his education, John worked as an attorney, part owner of a trailer manufacturing company and Vice President of a regional bank. He is now retired and devoting more time to the arts.
Oil Painting
John has been oil painting for several decades and is a longtime member of Doylestown Art League. His work has won numerous awards and accolades.
Music
John played dixieland piano at the Gobblers Nightclub for 15 years. He continues to compose and arrange music for big bands and small combos.
Poetry
John self published two books of poetry and is working on his third.
